Victor Balaguer was a Spanish singer of the 1950s and 1960s.

He first attempted to represent his home country on its debut at the Eurovision Song Contest 1961 in Cannes but lost out by one point in the national final to Conchita Bautista.

Returning the following year in Luxembourg City, he represented his home country with the song "Llámame" but finished in joint last place with Nul Points with the entries from Belgium, Austria and The Netherlands.

He died on from colorectal cancer on 17 April 1984 aged 63.
