"Vi maler byen rød" (English: We're painting the town red) was the Danish entry in the Eurovision Song Contest 1989 in Lausanne, performed by Birthe Kjær.
It finished in 3rd place with 111 points, the country's second consecutive Top 3 result, which would be their last until their victory in Stockholm eleven years later.
