"Tu esi vasarā" (English: You're in summer) was the debut entry of Latvia at the inaugural Junior Eurovision Song Contest held in Copenhagen, performed by Dzintars Čīča.
It finished in 9th place with 37 points, giving the country its best result in the junior edition of the Contest.
