Tornike Kipiani is a Georgian singer who came to fame when he won the 2014 season of the national syndication of The X Factor, where he was mentored by Georgian-Greek singer Tamta, who represented Cyprus in the 2019 Contest in Tel Aviv.

After failing to be selected to represent his home country at the 2017 Contest in Kiev, he was chosen to do so at the Eurovision Song Contest 2020 in Rotterdam, with the song "Take Me as I Am".

Following the cancellation of the Contest due to the coronavirus pandemic sweeping through Europe, it was confirmed that he would return to represent the country at the Eurovision Song Contest 2021 in Rotterdam with the song "You". It failed to qualify from the second semi-final.
