Romina Power is an American singer and actress who started her career in 1964 as the latter following her relocation to Italy before joining forces with Italian tenor Al Bano, who she was married to from 1970 to 2012.
Best known for their multiple participations in the Festival di Sanremo, they were first selected to represent their home country in the Eurovision Song Contest 1976 in The Hague with the song "We'll Live It All Again", which finished in 7th place with 69 points, just 8 points behind the entry by all-female trio Chocolate, Menta, Mastik.
They returned to represent their home country nine years later in Gothenburg with the song "Magic Oh Magic", which again finished in 7th place but with 78 points.
In 2005, she appeared as a judge on the Italian syndication of the Dancing with the Stars franchise before relocating to the United States two years later while also continuing to release solo material. In 2013, she reunited for a one-off concert with Al Bano in Moscow before reuniting with him again two years later for a concert at the Arena di Verona, which was broadcast on Italian television.
