Marjorie Noël was a French singer who released her first recordings in 1964 and went on to release seven EPs.

She was best known for representing Monaco with the song "Va dire à l'amour", which finished in 9th place with 7 points, a single point behind the entry by Yovanna of Switzerland.

She retired from the industry just two years later and spent the remainder of her years in anonymity before her death from a cerebral hemorrhage on 30 April 2000 at the age of 54.
