Jean Jacques is the professional name of French former singer Jean Jacques Bortolaï who is best known for representing Monaco in the Eurovision Song Contest 1969 with the song "Maman", which finished in 6th place with 11 points, just two points behind the entry by Paola del Medico of Switzerland.

As the age of 12, he was at that time the youngest ever participant to compete in the Contest and it would not be until 1990 that the minimum age rule of 16 years old in the year of competing would be implemented.

Just three years after his appearance, he retired from the music industry and went on to become a rugby coach in Toulon.
