Inger Jacobsen was a Norwegian singer and actress who became a popular recording artist during World War II.
She was best known internationally for representing her home country at the Eurovision Song Contest 1962 in Luxembourg City with the song "Kom sol, kom regn", which finished in 10th place with 2 points with the entries from Denmark and Switzerland.
She died on 23 July 1996 at the age of 72.
