Eurovision Song Contest Wiki

Ida & Vlado was a Serbo-Croatian duo consisting of Izolda Barudžija and Vladimir “Vlado” Kalember. The former was originally a member of the trio Aska, who had represented the country two years earlier in Harrogate, while the latter was a member of the band Srebrna krila in the 1970s and would return to the band in 2012.

Together they were selected to represent their home country in the Eurovision Song Contest 1984 in Luxembourg City with the song "Ciao amore', which finished in 18th place with 26 points, just 3 points behind the entry by the pop duo Dollie de Luxe of Norway, giving the country its worst result in eight years.
