"Halay" was the Turkish entry in the Eurovision Song Contest 1984 in Luxembourg City, performed by the group Beş Yıl Önce On Yıl Sonra.
It finished in 12th place with 37 points, just a single point behind the entry by Maria Guinot of Portugal.
