Elitsa & Stovan is a Bulgarian duo made up of Elitsa Todorova and Stoyan Yankoulov. They have been active since 2003.

They have twice represented Bulgaria in the Contest: in 2007 where they successfully qualified for the final, finishing in 5th place and in 2013 when they failed to qualify for the final.
