Eleni Foureira is an Albanian-born Greek singer, businesswoman and model who began her career as part of the girl group Mystique in 2007 before going solo two years later after their split. She released her debut album a year later and to date has released four studio albums.
She represented Cyprus in the Eurovision Song Contest 2018 in Lisbon with the song "Fuego", performing in the first semi final and qualifying for the final where she finished as runner-up to Netta Barzilai of Israel, giving the country its best result since it began competing in 1981.
She returned for the final of the 2019 Contest in Tel Aviv to perform "Dancing Lasha Tumbai" by 2007 Contest runner-up Verka Serduchka. She also joined her and winners Conchita Wurst and Måns Zelmerlöw to perform "Hallelujah" with Gali Atari who won the Eurovision Song Contest 1979 for Israel as part of the group Milk & Honey.
