"Ciao amore" (English: Goodbye love) was the Yugoslav entry in the Eurovision Song Contest 1984 in Luxembourg City, performed by Ida & Vlado.
This was the former's third consecutive appearance on the Contest stage, having first represented the country two years earlier in Harrogate as part of the group Aska and returning the the previous year in Munich as a backing singer for the country)s representative Danijel.
It finished in 18th place with 26 points, just 3 points behind the entry by the pop duo Dollie de Luxe of Norway, giving the country its worst result in eight years.
