Caline is the professional of French singer and comedienne Corinne Sauvage. She started her career in 1973, recording several singles. Four years later, she participated in the French preselection at the 1977 Contest, under a new name, Corinne Colbert, but failed to be selected.

The following year, she was selected to represent Monaco in Paris in a duet with Olivier ToussaintLes jardins de Monaco", which finished in 4th place with 107 points.

Throughout the following decades, she continued to record and release music and became a comedienne. Her last studio album was released in 2015.
