Bravo was a Spanish group formed in 1982 consisting of Amaya Saizar, Luis Villar, Yolanda Hoyos and Esteban Santos. The former previously took part in the Contest four years earlier in The Hague, representing the country as part of the group Trigo Limpio.
They are best known for representing their home country in the Eurovision Song Contest 1984 in Luxembourg City with the song "Lady, Lady", which finished in 3rd place with 106 points and would be the country's last Top 3 result until the 1995 Contest in Dublin. The song became a hit in their home country and in Latin America.
Post-Contest, they were invited on many television shows in Latin America (including Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Venezuela and the Dominican Republic) and participated in the ViƱa del Mar International Song Festival in Chile. The went on to release two studio albums before dissolving in 1986.
On 1 November 2020, Esteban Santos died at the age of 69.
