Berta Ambrož was a Yugoslav singer who started her career in 1965 and released several singles and EPs.

She came to international attention when she was selected to represent her home country in the Eurovision Song Contest 1966 in Luxembourg City with the song "Brez besed", which finished in 7th place with 9 points.

Just three years later, she decided to retire from public life and died on 1 July 2003 at the age of 58.
