Benny Borg is a Swedish singer and composer who started his career in the 1960s with his own pop band before going solo and releasing records in West Germany. From there he moved to Norway and soon established himself as a versatile artist. He later married singer Kirsti Sparboe and together they released several albums. He also released several songs as a soloist.
Together with singer Grethe Kausland he was selected to represent Norway in the Eurovision Song Contest 1972 in Edinburgh with the song "Småting", which finished in 14th place with 73 points.
Two years later, he joined the show group Dizzie Tunes and most famously portrayed Elvis Presley in their revues, who he is said to have portrayed over 3,000 times.
In the 1990s he went into the world of television presenting as the host of the game show Family Feud.
